Proper Landscape Drainage

The new year may bring notice to many problem areas in your yard. Look for areas in your yard that may be holding water or staying damp as a result of the wet conditions in our rainy season. Let us know if we can help to install a drainage system to alleviate the water. Running down spouts away from the house (minimum of 10 feet) will help protect your foundation from sitting in water and eroding the concrete. Dry creek beds can be installed to beautify a swale running through the yard. Catch basins and french drains can be installed as well to eliminate areas of standing water against fences or low areas of the yard.
